3. Booking & Payment Policy

• Bookings are confirmed only after full or advance payment as per the invoice/payment link.
• Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, airline/hotel policies, and seasonal surcharges.
• Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and additional government taxes may apply.

4. Cancellation, Amendments & Refunds

• Cancellations/amendments are processed as per airline, hotel, or service provider policies.
• Service charges from Vacation Opedia may apply.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after receiving the refund from the respective service provider.
• Refund processing time may vary from 7-45 working days depending on the supplier.

5. Travel Documents & Visa

• Travelers must possess valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.
• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority. Vacation Opedia only provides assistance and does not guarantee visa issuance.
• Any delays/denials caused by authorities are beyond our control.

6. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all international & domestic travel.
• Vacation Opedia shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage not covered under insurance policies.

7. Health & Safety

• Travelers are responsible for meeting health, vaccination, and COVID-related regulations of the destination country/state.
• Non-compliance may lead to boarding refusal or entry restrictions at the destination.

8. Website Content & Intellectual Property

• All content including logos, text, images, designs, and graphics on this website are the property of Vacation Opedia.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Vacation Opedia acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
• We are not responsible for:
• Delays, cancellations, or service failure by providers
• Loss of personal belongings
• Any injury, illness, accident, or event beyond our control

10. Force Majeure

Vacation Opedia will not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, epidemic/pandemic restrictions, weather conditions, etc.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

• Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India only.
